YIN Flow

Join me for YIN YOGA to stretch your body, release tension, and calm your mind.
Experience the nourishment of Yin yoga, consisting of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. Yin yoga's aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.
Develop the skill to pause, pay attention, gain clarity and open up to greater agency; empowered to find a better path forward.

There is, within you, a wisdom that beacons you, calls you back to itself again & again. At times, the call of your deep inner wisdom is drowned out by the noise, the drama, the stories that are recited and the distraction of this stress-laden culture.
Our work is to learn how to pause, learn how to breathe more effectively, learn how to move in a way the benefits mind as well as the body, and to listen deeply and earnestly.
