Located in stunning Temecula Wine Country, our morning in nature will begin with a mindful flow, weaving in our natural rhythmic breathing and fluid movement designed to wake up your body, connect with Mother Earth and lighten your energy. We will follow with a guided deeply restorative yoga practice to ease tension, create space to boost immunity and well-being, and open your heart to greater connection to yourself.

 

We will close with a ceremony that honors your path. Leave feeling relaxed, expansively connected to nature, community, with an open heart and a calm mind.
