Gentle yet deep approach to linking breath and movement to encourage greater awareness, strength and balance. Restorative yoga is integrated into each class to release held tensions, calm the nervous system and deeply relax and rejuvenate body mind and soul. RESTORATIVE YOGA & MEDITATION


With the body completely supported, move into deep healing relaxation, focus on breath, and internal observation. A guided meditation is woven in to support well-being, for reprieve from the stressors of our hectic life, and experience release of negative emotions and thought patterns. Each month a new style of meditation is introduced for each student to explore and experience, ranging from vipasana meditation to yoga nidra. FORM & FLOW YOGA / LEVEL 1


This is a great class for everyone, from those new to those who are looking to strengthen their relationship with foundations. Attention and time are given to break down aspects of poses and for exploration within the pose. Breath-work and ending with a deeply relaxing savasana are integrated into the practice. Close out your weekend peacefully with a deeply relaxing Sunday evening meditation to encourage a healthy restful night's sleep. Each week's meditation will start with a centering, followed by guidance into that week's meditation practice. Join Brian all 9 weeks or jump in when you can, as he guides you through different meditation techniques to explore and experience. Join Lorrie outside for a mindful flow yoga class on the green, safely distanced with tons of fresh air. Then stick around after to catch up with friends or have a bite to eat!
