For this meditation practice, no set-up is needed. You may wish to put in your earbuds and take a walk as you tune in to this guided mindfulness meditation, take a comfortable seat, or get cozy in bed before you drift off to a deep restful sleep. My recommendation for this meditation is to practice this in a variety of settings, and try it seated, as a walking meditation or lying down.
