Slow Flow & Restore
MONDAY & WEDNESDAY / 10:30-11:45AM / HOME YOGA STUDIO
Join me for mindful movement, stretching, breathwork and tension-releasing techniques. This intentionally slower paced practice begins with poses to gently open the body, then to a breath-centered slow flow to stretch and strengthen the body, followed by restorative yoga poses. The supported restorative poses using *props are held to induce physical and mental release and relaxation. Suitable for everyone.
*Supported poses involve the use of props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, chairs, and sandbags.
Gentle Yoga & Meditation
TUESDAY & THURSDAY / 5:15-6:15PM / HOME YOGA STUDIO
Savor time for mindful breath-centered movement, strengthening and stretching. Time is given to drop even deeper into relaxation to release held tension, calm the nervous system and deeply relax and rejuvenate body/mind/spirit. Our meditations draw upon a variety of proven techniques that empower you to better manage stress and upgrade your overall well-being.
A perfect compliment to strong workouts, stressful lifestyles, and suitable for those who would like to incorporate a contemplative practice into their weekly yoga practice.
