Slow Flow & Restore
WEDNESDAYS | 10:30-11:45AM | HOME YOGA STUDIO
A mindful movement, stretching, breathwork and tension-releasing practice. Intentionally slower paced, this practice begins with gently waking the body, then breath-centered slow flow, followed by restorative yoga poses. The *supported restorative poses are held for time to induce physical and mental release and relaxation. Suitable for everyone.

*Supported poses involve the use of props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, chairs, and sandbags.
NEW Gentle Yoga & Meditation
THURSDAYS | 5:15-6:15PM | HOME YOGA STUDIO
BEGINNING MARCH 28th I'll be guiding you through steps to relax, recharge and balance your body, mind and spirit. We'll start with gentle movement to release tension, then explore and practice meditation techniques, which can aid in calming the nervous system. This class is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, stress-free and more connected.
Students of every level will benefit, including those suffering from chronic pain, illness or injury. No yoga experience is necessary.
