Slow Flow & Restore
WEDNESDAY | 10:30-11:45AM | HOME YOGA STUDIO
A mindful movement, stretching, breathwork and tension-releasing practice. Intentionally slower paced, this practice begins with gently waking the body, then breath-centered slow flow, followed by restorative yoga poses. The supported restorative poses using *props are held to induce physical and mental release and relaxation. Suitable for everyone.
*Supported poses involve the use of props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, chairs, and sandbags.

TUESSDAY | OCT 4 | 10:30AM | HOME YOGA STUDIO
I will be subbing this class and I'd love you to join me for a full body, mind, and spirit experience.
This class is based on the deep relationship between breath and movement, experiencing yoga from the inside out, providing a sound approach to practicing āsana (yoga postures). The slow rhythmic breathing techniques we will explore creates a calm and focused mind and reduces stress on a physiologic level.
