Slow Flow & Restore
WEDNESDAYS | 10:30-11:45PM | HOME YOGA STUDIO
A mindful movement, stretching, breathwork and tension-releasing practice. Intentionally slower paced, this practice begins with gently waking the body, then breath-centered slow flow, followed by restorative yoga poses. The supported restorative poses using *props are held to induce physical and mental release and relaxation. Suitable for everyone.
*Supported poses involve the use of props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, chairs, and sandbags.
