Expanding Perimeters


With the enormous changes that we've been obligated to make this past year coupled with the welcoming of Springtime and its fresh beginnings, there is embedded an embraced expansion. There is a sense of our desire to physically stretch outward yet remain mindful of boundaries of how to safely explore.


These broadened new perimeters are so extremely pleasing and inspiring, providing us with more choices and opportunities to be together. While this is encouraging and exciting for some of us, it is still essential to stay healthy and to respect each other's health and well-being.

What does that look like?


For me, it looks like going back into the yoga studio. I'm delighted to be reuniting in person at HOME Yoga Studio in May!


I'll be offering three in-person classes each week and I am already so excited as I look forward to dropping into our practice more deeply.


For you, I extend to you a warm welcome and a hearty invitation to join me for time to center, focus, strengthen, stretch, breathe, and truly show up for yourself.



Tip:

When attending an in-person class, remember space is limited and kept to a maximum number, so pre-registration is mandatory.

The only constant is change

The majority of expansion this season, creating and defining new boundaries, may be focused in your current daily activities. There have been so many do's and don'ts of everyday life, we need to ask ourselves with all truthfulness: are we in a physically safe position to meet with others? If so, how does that look for us?


This has been a journey of traversing paths unknown, fostering healthy practices and tapping into a whole lot of patience. Are you ready to stretch into new horizons and explore in ways that may not have been possible just months ago?



With Mindful Direction


I am ready, willing and able to stretch my boundaries! Not only am I healthy but our community has shown overall to be healthy and ready to interact with each other.


Starting Saturday, May 22nd, my current offerings will expand to include In-Person Yoga Classes at HOME Yoga Studio in Temecula, CA.
